Recommended Browsers
The SureChEMBL user interface has been thoroughly tested in a wide variety of browsers. We have done our best to insure proper performance across the board. Unfortunately, we cannot control the run-time environment. Therefore, unusual behaviour cannot be completely prevented. Should you experience any unusual visuals or responses, please do not hesitate to submit a support ticket at surechembl-help@ebi.ac.uk.
We recommend the use of the most recent version of whatever browser you may choose.

* Supports functionality; however, views and layouts may not appear polished.
** Same as the above, with added view support. May display some strange behaviour in terms of colour and alignment.
*** Full support. However some of the subtler graphical techniques are missing (rounded corners and drop-shadows, for instance).
In general, full support indicates that all changes, both functional and visual must be consistent across all listed environments and web browsers.
Chrome frame is a plugin for older browsers that users without admin rights may install, that in effect converts their browser into Google Chrome, while still inside their old browser. More information may be found at http://www.google.com/chromeframe?prefersystemlevel=true
A modal window appears on all our pages that lets users know about Chrome Frame. If they click Dismiss it's not shown again.
